Well what I thought was a good tune up and had my AC running is no longer the case! After4 technicians being sent over and having to do the maintenance on the AC unit! On one of the warmer days of course my good to go AC unit, is blowing a chilly 76 degrees! I called on a recorded line and have Heather go through what is all involved in the AC tune up! Because the technician that left the mess that is in the photos just sent, told me he could not clean the fan or blow of the motor because the location was too tight, but it’s supposed to be part of this service you get charged for! So let me break it down! 3 separate appointments to get green pass inspection on there checklist to have an AC not to run! With four kids unacceptable! Of course I call and they say we will send someone right away and of course it does not happen, always an excuse! Then they want to talk about charging you, it’s funny working when your technician turned off the AC but when I turn it on, it magically does not work! THANKS Jennings!! If your a veteran join the Heroes Club for One hour heating and cooling, at least it is free!!

Flat out the best, most honest company in the industry. Will always recommend Jennings to all my friends and family. They don't cut corners and always do a professional job...

Sean is a great ambassador for Jennings. He was very thorough and knowledgeable concerning the A/C seasonal check, and even gave the furnace a once over. Absolutely great doing business with Jennings. Can't forget to mention the office staff who go the extra mile to insure the call goes well.

Service men were efficient and courteous. They took the time to explain what was done to clean the furnace and made me aware of any future issues that I might need to address. This was very helpful. I would highly recommend this company.

Great guy. Very competent. Had to tear apart my heater to get it repaired, but didn't complain. Friendly. Nice guy to work with. A credit to the Jennings company. Would highly recommend him.
