We were beyond impressed with Chip and his team. Everyone was professional and a pleasure to work with. We could not have asked for a better team to replace pretty much all of the plumbing in our home. They were timely and a joy to work with. We will definitely be recommending them to anyone who will listen!!

This company was completely unprofessional. We had an appointment for them to come to our home on a Friday from 2-4pm and they didn’t show up. At 5pm we called and asked where they were and they said they were running late and were on their way. At 7pm we called again and they said they called and left a note on our door. There was no call or note on the door. We had to make another appointment for Monday at 8-12pm. Again, they didn’t show up or give us a call. What a complete waste of time.

These guys were very willing to come out ASAP to deal with the water heater issue I was having- waiting until the next day (other plumbers) was not an option. H Jack did a great job with the repair and even left me a coupon if we need anything in the future. Everyone was very nice and H Jack will be the first call I make if we have any other plumbing problems (let's hope it's not too soon).

Arrived quickly on an emergency situation. Was able to determine the issue quickly and provide solutions. No pressure to sell me service whatsoever. Knowledgeable, courteous, and professional.

Larry and Chip from the Akron shop made this entire experience so easy and worry free. They were very personable and honest with us. Larry and Chip worked very hard and did a absolutely amazing job on our bathroom remodel and other plumbing issues. They always arrived in a timely manner each day and never left without cleaning up after themselves. Larry and Chip were polite, kind, honest, and did an absolutely awesome job on our bathroom. We could not be happier with the work that was done.

The two gentlemen that installed the faucet were very good, also very considerate when it came to the clean up. However I thought the price of installation was to high $396.00 which was a little more than what the faucet cost. But they were very professional

I can't rate the value since I'll probably never need that service again. Since the problem began with the flooring being installed, then toilets to be installed, the flanges were bad on two toilets and you were there immediately...I praise the urgent response. The fact that I had a usable toilet that day, I suppose was very nice, thank you for that. Though the price was risen to almost double of the initial quote. Everytime a cut was made on my wall, the price went up. Anyway, I'm torn but the plumbers were professional.

We have a main sewage line backup on Thanksgiving of all days. We were hosting dinner. I was recommended H Jack's. They came out quickly. Their pricing was fair seeing as it was a holiday. They got the job done quickly. The technician was knowledgeable and courteous. They saved Thanksgiving dinner!

I called when I was having issues with my air conditioner. It was not an emergency, however technicians were sent out promptly. I am beyond pleased with the fast response. Adam and Chris were courteous and took the proper precautions not only to protect my floors but also to follow Covid-protocols. After they completed the work, they took the time to explain the repairs. Adam and Chris even made arrangements to have a follow up visit to make sure the repairs they made were 100%. Brian and Tim arrived a few days later to find all was in perfect working order.
