After a having an issue with a well company who left sediment in all our lines, Larry came out and assessed the situation. He gave us honest answers about worse case scenarios and the cost involved. He came back out to do the job and went above and beyond explaining everything and making sure the lines were all running clear. Larry and his team cleaned up everything and were very polite, professional and knowledgeable. We can't recommend H. Jack's Plumbing enough to anyone, we are very pleased with the services. We will be using them for a new water softner system. Thank you again Larry and team for everything you did for us and for putting up with a barking dog all day. You guys are amazing and awesome customer service!

During our recent sub- arctic freeze furnace went out, called them and they said 5 days , after 1/2 day tech shows up and is in the furnace for 4 minutes then tells me its a Dominion problem , then takes my & 198.89 and walks out the door. 25-30 Dollars a minute NEVER AGAIN.

We were extremely pleased with the bathroom renovation that was done by Chip and his crew. They were polite, friendly and very easy to work with. They did an amazing job in a very small bathroom. Chip even went above and beyond to repair an unexpected gas leak! We have already recommended them to several people. I am sure we will call on them for any future plumbing and furnace issues.

We had our sewer replaced and water to the main. New pipes in the basement floor, water lines too. We had the upstairs bathroom remodeled too. A new dishwasher installed.

Our old water heater died and we were unable to get any other plumber to make a call for nearly a week from our phone call. H. Jack's was in our basement within 24 hours and installed a new tankless system just a few days later. The process from beginning to end was very professional and friendly, and I was kept in the loop at all decision-making points.

Initially we spoke to Jeremy (at 7pm) who was very knowledgeable in understanding my explanation of what was wrong with my furnace. He advised to a 8am appointment due to the nature of what I explained and needing the parts for service. Tim and Terry came on time and did indeed have to leave and come back with correct part. They were up front with what was wrong and price to fix. Would definitely recommend/ise this company again.

I am very happy with Jack's plumbing. The other morning my fiance discovered no water coming from anywhere in the house (we have a well). Every company we called said it would be a 1 to 2 week wait. Jack's plumbing came out in under 45 minutes, located then issue, throughly discussed the situation we were in (well pump and tank were done for), treated us with respect and were very professional. The next morning they were there bright and early replacing our entire system, exposing underground pipes, adding a new breaker for the pump and redid all the electrical. What could have been weeks without water turned into no water for 24 hrs. This was a whole house plumbing replacement. Two kitchens two baths, laundry room, and outside faucets. The crew worked steady and cleaned up after themselves. The project took two days to complete and by the end of the first day they made sure that we had a fully functional bathroom for the night.
