Valley Service did a great job finishing my basement bathroom. Was very easy and fast from Quote to install. Very professional and would highly recommend for your mechanical and plumbing needs!

The heater in our office wasn't working properly. I called when we opened in the morning and had a service technician here by late morning. Seth was very professional. He explained the problem clearly and was able to fix the problem quickly , answer all our question, and provide information for future maintenance.

Woke up on Sunday with no heat and it was below 0 outside. I called and talked with the on-call technician and he was out within 30 min. Needed a new part and he was able to locate one in town.He was able to get back and get things up and running very quickly. Super friendly and knowledgeable technician. Would highly recommend.

We called to have our fall checkup on the furnace and discovered that our longtime friend, Dave Olson has sold the business.
A technician from the company was right on time to do the inspection though and was very personable and we look forward to continuing our work with him,

He did not have parts or screws to mount my toilet so had to go to shop and charged me labor time for not having parts and replaced the inside droplet flap which o did not ask him to and was charged for that worst thing is the float was what needed to replaced and he did not replace that and my toilet flooded twice before I figured it that the float was stuck. I had just laid new carpet which was ruined . My bill was as much as buying new toilet.
