Garage heater was not working. They sent a tech (Katelyn I think?) the very next day. She diagnosed, got parts, and got it fixed same afternoon. No complaints.

Fast and responsive! Only negative is billing system! My credit card info was written down in a notebook and now I received a bill! Did tech lose my info should I be worried if not why didn’t it get run?

They were able to come do a needed furnace inspection for us on short notice when other places were booking weeks out. The guy who came out was friendly and on time. Would definitely use their services again and highly recommend!

The issue was found and they got it fixed super fast and I haven't had any issues since. The cost was lower than what I anticipated so from now on Valley will be my first go to!!

My furnace went out. I called a different company that I had used in the past and they told me they it would be TWO WEEKS before they could get to me. I called Valley Service and they were able to get me in later the same day! The technician was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Will definitely use them in the future.
