Valley Service was able to get me in much sooner than the company I contacted first. They also were able to accommodate me with someone able to work on both plumbing and electrical as I had two separate issues. They were on time, professional, and got the job done fast. Very pleased with the experience.

I am extremely happy with the service they provided. I called company after company and was shocked as to what was happening. I had many places not even call back. One place booked an appointment for an estimate and called in sick. Another place said they were working on an estimate and never even sent it to my email, like i was told. Valley Service was able to help me figure out what I needed over the phone. Instead of making an extra trip out here and back to town costing more time, money, and being an even longer time without an ac. They had a beautiful job done within hours of getting here. I have been using Valley Service Heating and Air Conditioning for the last couple of years to perform yearly service and maintenance checks of both my natural gas furnace and central air conditioning system, and I've been very happy with them. I am very pleased with the service I received from Valley Service for my central air unit. I called on a Monday and I had a tech at my house on Tuesday. The work was done well and quickly. I had called a different company who neglected to call me back to confirm the appointment. Thank you for the quick, professional service.

They were very responsive, quick and easy to make an appointment with. Our furnace stopped working and I called and someone was able to come check it out the next morning. Turned out that a bird flew into our furnace causing it to quit working. Our Mechanic was able to remove the bird and cleaned the flame sensor and got everything back up an running. Mechanic was on time and super friendly to work with. Highly recommend.

I called because our furnace quit working and would not reset. There was an excellent technician out to fix it before noon and I called at 8 am. Very quick and excellent service, diagnosed the problem and fixed it fast. No more problems with the furnace since. Will use them again. Reasonable rates.

We had our furnace and air conditioner annual service completed by McKenzie. She did an excellent job on the service. McKenzie was knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. We would recommend McKenzie to complete your service work.

The technician was super nice and she was very thorough and explained things. I give only 4 stats as there was some miscommunication between the office and myself. Hopefully it was just a one time thing and not the norm. I still will use them in the future cause every technician I've had from them has been nice.
