Valley Service Mechanical

I called Valley Service to do maintenance on our furnace and they were very fast at getting us an appointment the same week. Service tech that showed up was very professional and told us exactly what he did. We will continue to use them in the future. And we will be calling to set up another appointment to service our AC.

Great communications, service, and follow-through. We had a specialty A/C unit that needed trouble-shooting and to be brought back into service after being offline for several years. Valley Service got us up an running quickly and effectively. Friendly service, too!

Great customer service! Was able to schedule AC maintenance appointment very easily with one phone call and tech was able to come within that week. The day of the schedule appt the tech was running behind due to another appt, the office called to notify me hours before my schedule appt and make sure it would be ok to be later than scheduled. The tech once done at the other job called to apologize and make sure it was ok to come for my appt. The tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. Will call again for future maintenance or any issues!

The technician was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing so that my spouse understood exactly what needed to be done and how he could do it himself next time. We have never been disappointed with the good folks at Valley Service!

Technician very knowledgeable and polite. Called about an issue and they were able to come look at the furnace the next day. Concern was diagnosed quickly, they worked to get part of the repair covered through our home warranty program, and the technician completed the repair promptly even with blizzard conditions.

During one of Fargo's famous artic freezes our furnace quit working. Within an hour of calling Valley Service Mechanical they had a guy out to our house. The service tech took care of the outside exhaust/intake issue along with making sure the furnace was up and running before he left. I was thinking we were going to have to get a hotel for the night because of how cold it was but once we placed the call to Valley Service it was less than 2 hours before we had heat again!! Exceptional job Valley Service! We can't thank you enough!!

McKenzie was our technician. She did a great job. She came out right away and diagnosed and fixed our problem within just a few hours from calling them. Highly recommend

Excellent service, and customer care!
I had a furnace issue, called them at 8 Monday morning, they were over around 9, found and fixed the problem, and made sure it didn't fail again. Tech was polite and professional. Very satisfied.
