Valley Service Mechanical

Our air conditioner died on a day when it was 90+ degrees. Valley Service was able to get us on the schedule and our air conditioner fixed in a day or so. While they were at our home we also made an appointment for them to return the next week to install a bathroom fan in our basement. When it was time for that appointment they called us ahead of time and asked if we could reschedule. It was still 90+ degrees and they were trying to get to other people in need of help with their air conditioners. We were in no rush for our fan, and we really appreciated them getting to our so quickly when we were HOT so we gladly rescheduled our fan install. Very professional, kind, and reasonably priced.

We have used Valley Service for our AC and heating needs for many years and have always been very pleased with their quality service. They are professional, courteous, prompt and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We have, and will continue to highly recommend them!

Hot weekend with company staying and air conditioner was not blowing cool air. Called on a weekend and they arrived lickety-split. Tech was very informative and friendly and before long we were breathing comfortably again in an air conditioner house.

Amazing work! Valley was recommended to us by a friend and we couldn’t have been more satisfied! They were quick to come out and fix our malfunctioning outdoor AC fan. From assessment to fix the whole service call tool 10 minutes! Highly recommend!

Receptionist were very polite and flexiable with setting up a time that work. Technician was very informative of all the things he did to trouble shoot the issue and what he replaced. He even looked over the whole system to prevent any problems.

Called during a blizzard and they were there an hour after the calll. Fast friendly service. Recommend to everyone that furnace dies in blizzard and you need help the same day, not call back the next morning and say we're sorry we don't have anyone able to come until Wed. am. Checked to make sure everything worked the way it should before leaving.

Our A/C went out and the soonest that 4 other A/C companies could come was over 24 hours. I called Valley Service and they had same day service. They came within a few hours the technician was nice, showed me what the problem was and said it was a quick fix. We will use them again with any A/C or Heating needs. Thanks Dawn D.

When my furnace stopped working, I called a few other companies, but they were all booked up for the day and couldn't get to me that day. However, Valley Service was able to send someone quickly. Next time I'll just call them first! The employee (who was friendly and professional) was able to diagnose the problem, left to get the right part, and then returned and fixed it so that my furnace was blowing warm air again. It was a very positive experience overall.

Had another excellent service experience with Valley Service Mechanical! They were able to help me with a plumbing emergency and follow up with the plumbing reconnects when the renovation was completed. Highly recommend!!
