Andy came out twice to help with a dryer vent. The first time he was able to make a temporary fix (so we could use the dryer) and then came back once he had availability on his schedule to replace the dryer vent completely. He was very personable and professional! Highly recommend!

Couldn’t have asked for a better rep than Andy. He arrived earlier than originally scheduled, called ahead, got the job done, was clear as to what was going on, and was pleasant to boot.

Technician very knowable and found problem right away, explained other products they sell to help with humidity in house. Left area very clean when left. Very customer service friendly and knowable about products he can service.

I purchased a mini split system two years ago and this year have been having issues with the cooling. First it was the disconnect outside which was replaced. Still wasn’t cooling. Then Payton came out who was late with no apology and he still couldn’t figure it out. Made an appointment to have it cleaned and couldn’t get in until July 5 at 3 of which no one showed or called. Am still having issues with E1 error message so there’s a problem with the two units communicating but will deal with it with another company to fix. Would not recommend Joe and his team.

Kevin, the tech from this company, was amazing. He was professional and inquisitive. He didn’t jump to conclusions but took the time to find the actual problem and fix our furnace the same day. Great work!

My thermostat went out and I had been without heat for 2 days. Not only were they on time, But they had cancelations and were able to come early which was wonderful! My technician was friendly and kind, Professional, And considerate of my property. I definitely recommend this company!
