Justin in plumbing is an amazing plumber and guy! Helped me out with multiple issues that other plumbers were not able to. He is the wizard of plumbers. I wouldn't call anyone else. And the prices were very fair.

Had to come out multiple times to fix the problem! It was during a cold snap in the winter and we were the first people they saw to fix the problem. We have an older boiler and they had to find/make a part work. They did a great job and got our boiler working in tip top shape.

I highly recommend Valley Service for any of your HVAC needs. I had them come out to do a maintenance check on my furnace for the winter and that was all good but Harry informed me that my water heater he noticed was leaking and that I should get it replaced sooner than later. I'm so thankful that he noticed it. Since then, I have had that replaced. Thank you Valley Services!

Recommended by a local business contact for quality service and price. Left a message in evening about AC problem and by 8:30 next morning, Seth arrived as scheduled. Problem identified, part installed and unit charged within a hour. Also included furnace inspection that was not scheduled. Seth answered all my questions, professional, quality work at a reasonable price.

I called them to see if they had an opening for today to check out my ac unit as it wasn't blowing cold air. Hilary was able to send bill over within a couple hours of calling. Bill was surprised to see how old my ac unit was but was hopeful! He was able to get it back up and running in no time! He was very personable and was able to joke around about my ancient ac unit. He was here for less than an hour! Would definitely recommend them!

I contacted Valley Service to ask some questions, regarding having an air exchanger installed. Matt has been great in answering any and all questions I asked. We decided to go ahead and get the air exchanger installed. It really helped to prevent moisture from building up on our windows and it has helped to refresh the air flowing throughout our house. The technicians who installed the exchange unit were great to work with, very professional and courteous.

We were also having some issue with a loud noise coming from our sump pump area whenever the sump pump would run. At the end of its' run there would be like a loud "thump". Matt felt we should look to replace the valve and install a "quiet valve".

He wanted to confirm his thoughts with Mike, their expert in the plumbing end of things and sure enough installing a quiet valve has taken care of the problem.

I have also appreciated the receptionist's positive attitude and willingness to help me. Based on my experiences with a number of the staff at Valley Mechanical I give them a rating of "5". I feel they are reasonably priced and will stand behind their product and installation. For future heating/cooling needs I will be contacting the good folks at Valley Mechanical!

I had a fan issue with my AC unit right in the heat of summer. They got to me right away and had my system working that afternoon. The technician was super friendly and gave some good advice. I will call them again when its needed.

We moved to the area and new home on a weekend, with finding that the AC was not working. We called Valley Service and was immediately assisted, with an Appointment Scheduled the same day! The AC Unit was fixed and cooling our home within an hour! They also assisted with relocating the low voltage electrical wiring, so as prevent damage in the future.
