Two years ago I reviewed this company with 5 stars....I have been a customer for over 32 years. Today I am editing my review to a 1 star. Quality of service and personnel has drastically declined. Examples: You wait for someone to answer the phone for over 15 mins, (17.5 min one day and the next 19); Stephanie, the receptionist is not very attentive (she asked me 3 times to restate the problem); I have a contract to service the units twice a year....the Spring service guy must have missed the OBVIOUS fact that my compressor was rusted out and leaking, because it just stopped the other day. It is with regret that I am moving on to a new company that is SO MUCH MORE PROFESSIONAL AND ATTENTIVE. Good bye Advanced Appliance, I really do hope that you get your act together again.

Service techs have always been courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. Benjamin was a pleasure to work with in solving my ac issue and explaining what may be happening to cause it.

This company is a total rip-off! The initial service request process was simple and completed on-line. Advance Appliances, the service contractor wasn’t able to get us an appointment for 9 days. No confirmation call the day before and only able to give us a block of time between 8am and 5pm. I called the day of scheduled appointment only to find-out they needed to reschedule our appointment after I’d taken time from work. Next, I called 2-10 for assistance for possibly receive an expedited service call especially because it dealt with water on my hardwood floors. The wait time to speak with a rep was about 20 mins. I finally spoke to a rep. that didn’t offer any assistance other that restarting the process then the call mysteriously dropped. Another appointment was rescheduled with Advance Appliance two days later. Service tech stated that its a common problem with frigidaire refrigerator to freeze through the back external, and it needed to be replaced. However, there contract with 2-10 prohibits him from recommending replacement plus the materials would take a few days to arrive. An appointment was scheduled and I took off work to be present however they scheduled it on the wrong day on there in. No apology nor compromise. 3 days of lost wages for highly unacceptable work.
