I had a really good experience that I wanted to acknowledge. I had a scheduled maintenance appointment and the technician determined my lock was stuck so I needed to reschedule because the lock would need to be cut. During that visit the technician made a suggestion to file a repair with my warranty that would save me money that I hadn’t considered doing. That was the first thing that I appreciated along with his willingness to try to get the lock unstuck. I got a call the next day to reschedule for the following week which I really appreciated because despite needing to take care of something my schedule doesn’t always permit the time for me to sit down and do it. I was grateful to get the call to reschedule. Day of the appointment I was kept updated about the technicians arrival time. The technician arrived with an outside of the box idea to my problem. He did a thorough job and provided a thorough explanation. He even answered additional questions for me and confirmed that he service met my satisfaction. Each interaction with each person I encountered was very pleasant. It was a pleasure doing business with this company. This wasn’t my first service appointment. I’ve used them many times before and each time I’ve received really good service. I had to make time to share my experiences to help someone else.

We had issues with our Air Conditioner. American Home Shield put us in contact with this establishment. Ken arrived at our home right on time. He was extremely professional. He explained everything to both my husband and I. He fixed this issue and was on his way! Extremely helpful and definitely happy with Ken, thank you for your kindness and professionalism.

Harry was the technician who paid me and my faulty AC a visit. Extremely professional. He gave me a courtesy call and was at my door within 15 minutes. He was quick, knowledgeable, and efficient. My A/C is now working.

11 days without AC, 3 different techs, different diagnoses from each.?. But, nothing has been done about any of them. The first tech did add a little coolant on the first of the 4 four visits. Nothing changed. I know our warranty company will get blamed, but a diagnosis has not been reported to them. We have not heard as much as a peep from any of the techs in almost 72 hours. They’re not returning our calls. Are parts going to be ordered like the last tech said? Are you going to pay 1/4+ of our mortgage since we have not been able to use 1/2 of our house going on 2 weeks? Oh yeah! We also discovered there have been photos of the inside and outside of our home/property uploaded on their website without our permission or acknowledgment for advertising purposes. Not happy about that at all!

I have used Advanced multiple times in the past without issue. This time after replacing the water filter assembly, the water stopped working. I called in the following morning., and was told I will now have to wait several days to resolve. I had paid for the service call, a parts deposit and the installation charges as requested, in spite of the whole replacement costing less than $350. However, when I asked for a return visit to resolve the failed replacement, I am placed at the end of their line and can wait until new work orders are complete. This is a customer service failure. New work orders need to begin after existing work and customers are satisfied.

As an aside, a possible cause of the water filter failing after just 4 years was indicated to be high water pressure. I was recommended to have Advanced plumber services resolve. I was on track to request that service, however this instance of failing to support the existing customer will cause me to change my course of direction.

Advanced Appliance was very responsive to my air-conditioning issue. The service tech Ben was professional and clearly explained the needed repairs and the associated cost. He was efficient and respectful of my property. The customer service and scheduling representatives with whom I spoke on the phone were also professional and helpful. It was a great experience.

Best service hands down! My A/C went out and I had family coming into town the next day, I called in and spoke to a wonderful woman who answered the phone and she said they were booked, after she heard my story, had a tech at my door in an hour. The technician that arrived was polite, efficient and actually very funny!!! They have my business from here on out! Highly recommend them!! Thank you guys!!

I needed a new dish washer installed in a rental property. After getting totally jerked around by the Home Depot, I called Advanced Appliances on Monday morning. Got an appointment for Wednesday afternoon. The technician showed up on time, did quality work, cleaned up after himself and was absolutely the nicest, most polite young person I have had the pleasure to deal with in a long time. I will be calling on Advanced Appliance again soon and telling everyone I know to do the same.
