Very well pleased with the thorough explanation of the costs. Wish my home warranty actually covered more to bring things up to code, however Advance made our options VERY affordable to complete. They were able to get us scheduled and completed quicker then I expected. The technicians who completed the work were awesome and LOVED how he explained in great detail what they did and made sure it was working properly before they left. Highly recommend them.

This crew that came removed the old A/C unit up stairs , replaced all the old duct work and replaced the outside unit. They were on time everyday , called 30 minutes before showing up and worked from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm for two very hot days. These men worked hard and were so courteous to me and my husband. I could not have been more pleased with the respect they showed us. I highly recommend this company

I do not recommend this company for any service. We were forced to use them after purchasing a house with a home warranty. They installed a new HVAC. However, didn't solder correctly causing a leak. Unit froze and and they told us it was because we didn't have gutters over unit. We got gutters and unit froze again.
Called for a second opinion and found out the defrost sensors weren't connected and defrost was set to 20° instead of manufactured 40°. This was either negligence or their way of having us call them again and pay service fee. Either way, 0/10 and will not do business with them again.

They didn't show up for the original appointment, so I missed work for nothing. They showed up on the reschedule, and they did a fine job, but charged me $150 plus tax to cut a hole. Also, what's with the liability waiver if you cause more damage while working? How you got the rating you have is beyond me.
