Worst company ever! Advanced sent an supposedly a qualified Repair person that showed that he did not properly try to repair my a/c unit and in fact caused a major problem. He said was the condenser and blew out the Freon. Then they sent another supposedly qualified repair person who did not have the nitrogen to clean out the residue to install the compressor and address the new Freon. I had it checked out. The repairmen screwed up and they say I have to pay $5000 for new A/C. I asked to have them inspect it again, but I am filing a formal complaint and suing Advanced Appliance Service and taking them to court if they don’t remedy this issue. Apparently this company is a known rip off.

Our service technician Scott was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He took his time to figure out what the actual problem was with our pioneer ductless heat and air system. He ordered the part which arrived within a week and the company made an immediate appointment to install and fix the unit. We were very happy with the complete process of working with both our technician and the company and are comfortable to recommend them and to use them again. 😊

Home warranty company contacted them to repair a hot water heater. Fairly prompt response (48 hours after call). Upon arrival, tech declared it dead and said we will need a new hot water heater. Given the leaky rusty water on the floor, I agreed. 3 days later we get a quote. ~800 to install the heater and then (wait for it) $1200 in modifications, including $150 for Carbon Monoxide detectors and $75 for a drip rag. I assumed this was just the company giving an exorbitant quote to the warranty company to see what stuck, so I called Advance Appliance to ask about whether the price could be reduced. Front desk lady was nice and reached out to the service manager at my request. Service manager couldn't be bothered to talk to me and instead had the front desk lady tell me "The price is what it is."
I have had the displeasure of using this company in the past (they were the only option provided by my home warranty company) and it was similarly bad (poor response times, poor follow up). It just feels like they don't care...

Advance appliance was assigned by my warranty company to look at my washer after a couple visit it was determined that my washer was not repairable, after six weeks of going back-and-forth with advanced appliance and the warranty company I became very agitated, Advanced appliance stepped up to the plate and work directly with the company to get a resolution.
