Highly recommended! Jay’s Heating and Cooling did a phenomenal job of replacing our HVAC system at home. Start-to-finish they were professional, prompt and very customer-oriented. Leah, the scheduler/coordinator is so friendly and helpful, as is Jay himself. What we asked for was too much for our square footage, so they suggested a smaller/cheaper system and provided the analysis to back it up. This replacement work included the indoor unit under the eaves in our attic, the outdoor unit, and then ensuring the drain system from the indoor unit was working properly.

Absolutely amazing service from our technician Taylor. Our brokedown palace was hotter than a fire on the mountain, but I called Jay's and they told me that there was "help on the way". Taylor C put my mind at ease immediately with his demeanor and professionalism. I've often waited too long to get my HVAC issues addressed, I recommend that you call Taylor with Jay's heating and cooling before it gets to when push comes to shove.

Dave was great! The HVAC in my rental home went out, and Dave came quickly to assess. It needed to be replaced, and he completed the installation in record time! It works great, and the customer service was amazing. I highly recommend!!!

We were in dire straights with when our A/C stopped working last summer after just having it repaired by another company. Jay's Heating and Cooling quickly responded to our service request and sent out one of their best technicians, Steven Nordan. He resolved the problem promptly and performed other much needed system maintenance. A year later and our air conditioning unit is still running like a champ!

Lamarr Suggs was wonderful. He was super communicative, respectful and super friendly. If I could give him a review I would say 10/10 and I would recommend him for any of my friends with AC issues. He is very knowledgeable and he was a pleasure having at the house to resolve the issue.

Don’t usually do reviews but this was by far the quickest install for any service we’ve had thus far with all our home reno. Dawda was by far the l friendliest and most informative installation tech we’ve ever had… even my husband was impressed!! If you’re looking for fast and friendly service, this is the company to look at!

I love giving props where credit is due! Hopefully I don’t have anymore HVAC issues but in the off chance I do will definitely be using Jay’s Heating and Cooling services again.
