Choice Heating and Air Conditioning

Just now getting around to reviewing Choice Heating and Air. We had a system installed last year. After getting several discouraging estimates that required alterations to the home, Brian came out and very optimistically proposed a system that was a good fit for our needs. They had it installed very quickly and at a price that was well below estimates from other companies. The whole process was professional and surprisingly painless.

Called several companies for a heating outage during a snow day. Dave from Choice knew exactly what my issue was after I described the symptoms of the issue over the phone.

Dave gave me some pointers and told me to call back for an appointment if they didn’t work. Saved me a service inspection fee and labor. I was able to resolve the issue and still make it to work on time.

Hard to find a company with integrity these days. I appreciate the support from Choice. Definitely recommend Choice Heating. Will use them for annual maintenance tuneups from this point forward.

We have been impressed with the service provided by Brian at Choice Heating and Air Conditioning and have used them for HVAC issues on three different occasions. He has diagnosed our system with issues as simple as improper wiring from our homeowner-installed thermostat to fairly quoting us a new gas pack system to replace our aging builder-installed unit. He is always willing to explain what will be most appropriate for your needs, without overcharging for time or service. He is very responsive when calling and has always been on time. In all of our years of homeownership, we have never been as impressed with any contractor as we are with Choice Heating and Air Conditioning.

For quite awhile, my air conditioner just wasn't cooling the house and I had no idea why. I contacted Choice Heating and Air Conditioning and was amazed at how quickly they were able to respond to my problem. At a time convenient to me, David not only diagnosed the problem and repaired it, but gave me a very thorough explanation of what happened and what he needed to do to fix it and all within one hour! Not only that, he went through my downstairs and found filters in the returns (that I had no idea were there) that were blocking the force of air and removed them. He was very professional, efficient, and with a great sense of humor, fixed the problem and made 2 dogs very happy to be cool again! Thanks Dave, I appreciate your willingness to do the "extra" to make my house as cool as possible and I have your card on my fridge should anyone need air conditioner repairs!

I am SO glad I called Choice!! Brian was fantastic. He quickly diagnosed the issue while teaching me all about my system. Now I will be able to make educated decisions in the future. He is extremely personable, funny and professional. Do not hesitate to call Choice!!

Kudos to Brian at Choice Heating and Air Conditioning. Although, the Freon he put into our system leaked out the next day due to a separate unidentified leak, he honored his word of '99% customer satisfaction' and gave us a full refund. Thank you Brian, we really appreciate it!

Highly recommended -- we needed a second opinion on an HVAC problem after receiving an incorrect diagnosis from a different company. Explained the problem and charges very well, very reasonable rates, arrived on time, took the time to explain everything including HVAC maintenance recommendations (in a reasonable way that wasn't an up-sell) and fixed the issue promptly. Excellent customer service.

Did not use this company, but if work quality is like driving ability I would not use them. Almost got into an accident on 98 due to not using a turn signal. He also ran a van carrying a family off the road into the shoulder trying to merge over.

I called Sunday afternoon, got a call back within a few hours. Got helpful advice on the phone and an appointment for the next day at 9 am. Brian was on time, very organized and helpful, and reasonably priced. Great experience. Will use them again.

Well, I called to ask if they could charge the refrigerant on a new system and they said "that is not a service we can provide". ??? Oh well.
