This company was an easy choice
Taylor was extremely receptive to my concerns and explained a lot of questions I had in detail so I could understand can’t recommend jays heating and cooling enough!

I had a bad vibration in my unit, the tech named Shawn came out and found the issue and had the problem repaired quickly. Service was prompt and professional and I would use them again and recommend them.

Taylor gave a great experience from start to finish. Pricing was fair and he's great with dogs! Would recommend

Steven from your company came out and did a very through inspection. Put my mind at ease to know everything was okay. I would absolutely request Steven next time.

The tech Steven showed up on time, made quick work of my heating issue, will definitely be calling on then if needed in the future!

Today (January 2nd, 2023), you had three people standing outside at the covered bridge location/house about 3pm. One white male, one black male and one white female. They were screaming and loud when the white male shot some sort of firearm at least 10 times and had kids in my neighborhood running for cover. Then they started laughing loudly and he fired it multiple more times, finally speeding off in a Jays branded van, firing out the window as he drove off. I don't know what kind of technicians you are hiring, but this guy clearly isn't professional and you probably don't want him on your crew. I sure don't want him anywhere my house or family and you probably don't either.

We are very impressed with Jay’s! Our system had quite a few minor issues, and they had to come out 3 times. Each time they came out, they were prompt, professional, and were detailed in their explanation of the issues. I also really appreciated that they wore masks and shoe covers without being asked. Nick was awesome! We also had Jason, the owner, because our system was a bit tricky, and he was great! We would highly recommend Jay’s!

My A/C went out a couple weeks ago, Dawda showed up on time, fixed the issue, and had my A/C PUMPING in under an hour!!! By far the best service I’ve had in a long time.

Steven was great, had our A/C back on in no time, will be using these guys again for future repairs and maintenance
