We used Mitchell Heating & Cooling to replace our upstairs HVAC (Heat Pump). The process from start to finish was explained in detail, organized and professional. The install staff was knowledgeable and did an outstanding job. Install went without a hitch and all was cleaned up before they left. It was a big decision with cost of the units replacement. We made the right choice.

The whole process was simple, called and made appointment. Being mid June the first available appt. Was 4 days out but that’s what I expected- then Keith (service tech) arrived on time and made assessment of parts needed, he ordered and returned next day with parts to repair. Keith was courteous, timely and informative. He also really likes his job and the company he works for and it shows! It’s not common these days to find people like this. I will continue to do business with Mitchell Heating and cooling in the future .

My AC died Saturday night, the
4th of July weekend. I called Mitchell's Sunday morning. I spoke with a very nice, understanding lady. Within 15 minutes Keith called to say he would be here about 1:00. Keith was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. My AC was back on in 15 minutes. Both of these people are assets to your company. Highly recommend yall. Diana
