These guys are great! Very responsive for service calls always respectful and don't give you the runaround like other companies in the area. Great prices and they don't try to sell you on repairs that aren't necessary. My old system was a complete hack job and wouldn't work right after 3 other companies tried fixing it. We've used Jay's Heating and Cooling twice. The first time was for a blown capacitor. They came out that day and explained the issue and fixed it. Months later, we had a problem with the damper. Jay came himself and explained the problem. He was able to get the damper working again but explained it would likely break again in the future and need to be completely replaced. He gave us the price for his company replacing it but also showed us where we could purchase the part and do it ourselves, if we felt comfortable doing it DIY (which would save us the labor cost). Fortunately, the damper hasn't broken again yet. That experience demonstrated Jay's experience and knowledge, but even more importantly, his integrity. We are so happy with their services and would never call any other company to repair an HVAC problem! In fact, we have been suggesting Jay's Heating and Cooling to anyone that tells us they need to find a good company and everyone says they've had great experiences. Thanks for your great work, Jay!

We have used Jay's Heating and Cooling on a few occasions now. They've looked at our HVAC on a couple different properties and also serviced our ventless fireplace. Jason takes the time to educate you on issues, parts, safety, value and maintenance plans. I really appreciate his conservative approach in service. We've used Jay's since we purchased our home 6 years ago. They are always on time, usually have same day service and do a great job. After a few years of minor repairs, Jason let us know it was finally time to retire our 19 year old system. He could have attempted to upsale us years ago. They installed our new system within days of the request. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgable. Great company. Hope we dont need to call them again soon, but will if we have an issue without hesitation.

We called Jays Heating and Cooling for a second opinion when our air conditioner was not functioning properly. He responded within minutes of us leaving a message and happened to be in the area. Within 15 minutes he was at our house! He told gave us a plan of action and said to call him if it was still acting up. We did have to call a second time and again, he was here by the end of the business day! He found the problem, ordered the part we needed and installed it. Their response is quick, service was great each time and the pricing is fantastic for the service he provides! Jay and his team will be who we call for A.C. issues from now on! Fantastic!
