Jay's Heating and Cooling

Very happy so far with my experience with Jay's Heating & Cooling. The technician/ Estimator they sent out, Steven was fantastic.
I own a construction company and his level of knowledge, and straightforwardness is exactly what i hope for in my own employees. I received another quote from one of the big guys in town and Jay's was so much more direct, and spared all the unneeded items they had priced out.

I am on the schedule next week for my 2 HVAC units to be replaced, if anything changes I will update my review, but they have been perfect so far.

I would say this to anybody, if you call one of the bigger HVAC companies first, make sure you give Jay's a call before you make your final decision... You won't regret it.

Updated review: would recommend Jason to anyone! After some bumps in the troubleshooting process below the owner came out to see if he could pinpoint the issue. Not only did he fix our heat, he also discovered that whoever installed our HVAC unit (prior to us purchasing our home) did not install it up to code and advised we have them resolve those issues as well. Very knowledgeable and really cares to provide great customer service. Thank you!

So very honest! I got quotes from 2 other companies that also lied to me about a few things. Jay's was honest, great pricing and had my whole new Trane (A/C, Evap coil, thermostat and furnace) system installed within a week! They went above and beyond! Thank you

The pricing has always been fair and I really appreciate the time he takes to make sure my system is squared away and well maintained. Can’t recommend him enough!

I have heard good things about Jays so I gave them a call when my ac wasn’t working. They sent Nic Cannon out here and not only did he get it working great, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He saved me money from having to replace my system when other companies recommended a change out. Would recommend to everyone. I will be using them again.

I needed someone to come out and take a look at my HVAC and Taylor Casper was there promptly and professionally! He was able to handle my issue quickly and was very polite and informative!

I live out of town and my elderly mother needed some assistance with her HVAC system. It's always hard to shop a quality service and repairman from long distance.
