I just recently moved into an older model home and the AC unit would not cool the home. My property manager reached out to Jay’s Raleigh HVAC and two guys were sent out at two different times and the problem could not be found. The fact that the owner himself came, figured out the problem, and my home is cool again speaks volumes to a business and its customer service! I would recommend this company hands down over any one around!!!! Their customer service is unparalleled. Shawn, Nick, and Jason (the owner) even the lady that answered the calls and relayed messages was excellent!!! You guys rock and I really appreciate you!!!

Heat pump died during snow storm. Called Jay's Heating and Air on Sunday. He answered, told me he would call back Monday Morning. He did call Monday morning, came out that afternoon for estimate which was very reasonable. New heat pump installed on Friday. I am very pleased with the service I received from this company and would highly recommend him
