Jay's Heating and Cooling

We contacted Jay's Heating and Cooling when our heat quit. Taylor Casper arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. I'm one of those that asks a lot of questions. Taylor responded professionally and knowledgeably. He thoroughly explained the failure, the fix, and the cost. We are left with a working system and the comfort of knowing who we will call for all of our HVAC needs.

Taylor Casper was very helpful. While others just wandered to sell me a new unit. Taylor was able to rework the system and correct errors that others had made. I have now switched both my residential and commercial properties service to Jay’s!

After paying monthy fees with a different Expert air company, I was fed up with "something wrong" with my HVAC everytime they came out for simple maintience. So when my downstairs AC starting blowing warm air, I called Jay's to set up an appointment. Taylor came out, quickly identified the issue and quoted me a price that was fair. He also noticed that the unit was louder than it should have been and tightened up some loose bolts. This is the first time in a long time that I didn't feel taken advantage of when getting my system maintained or repaired. I will 100% use them in the future.

Shawn was great to work with he messaged me when he was on the way and gave me a ETA, he was on time, very professional, very knowledgeable, answered all my questions without hesitation! Will definitely be using this company further and will be referring everyone I know to them as well!

Our basement ac quit working a day before out daughter's birthday. Contacted Jay's after a referral from my neighbor. Taylor showed up and quickly diagnosed the capacitor had failed. Ac was back to working in time for the party. Highly recommend

Shawn came out and replaced my unit and he was quick, on time and answered all the questions I asked and explained everything to me on how to use the new thermostat. Couldn’t ask for a better trustworthy company will definitely be using them in the future.

Taylor came to our rescue in the hottest part of the summer when our A/C was not cooling at all. We were back up and running in no time. Very attentive and friendly service. Highly recommend.

A tech named Nic came out to service/maintain my HVAC system. He was very knowledgeable about his work, thorough, attentive to my concerns, and didn't rush. He stayed to make sure the system was running properly. I will definitely call again for all my HVAC needs.

Nic cannon was very fast and efficient/ professional diagnosing my unit when it quit with this hot weather. Highly recommend not only the company but Nic as well. 10/10 with customer service.
