10/10! Words cannot describe how great of an experience I had with Jay's Heating & Cooling. I have never seen such a commitment to the customer with any business I've dealt with before. This company went above and beyond to deliver exemplary service and take care of me in ways other companies wouldn't even consider. After this experience, they have earned a lifelong customer and good word of mouth with anyone I come across in the HVAC market.

I’m a new homeowner who spent a significant amount of time trying to research and choose the right company for the job at hand. After researching reviews, quality, cost, and more, Jay's seemed to be the clear winner. We went from basic maintenance to repairing my old heat pump to finally installing a completely new HVAC system. At this point, I've spent a lot of time working with many different members of this team. The office is extremely well-managed and easy to work with. The team is very well-rounded, strong, and capable. And most importantly, the owner is beyond reliable, knowledgeable, trustworthy—a great guy I would certainly work with again.

Special shout out to one of the techs, Anthony. Anthony showed up for an emergency call and was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He made sure I felt that all my concerns were heard and that I was 110% happy before he walked out of that door. Another special shout out goes to one of the installers, Paul. He showed up as part of a team to replace my entire HVAC system. Not only was he a hard worker, but he was also very kind & respectful. He checked in with my wife and me multiple times throughout the day, and before leaving, made sure to take the time to test the new system and address every one of our many questions and concerns.

Nic was fast, efficient, and professional. We will use him for any and all of our hvac needs. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks for the great service!

It's not fun to notice cold air blowing from vents... then to learn that your HVAC unit is leaking an old-school, discontinued refrigerant...then to need to replace it. But we were happy with how Jay's handled the process, answered our questions, and communicated with us. Special shout out to the two nice guys who came to put in our new unit, William and Steven, who were professional and patient throughout.
