Fast response and quick repair. So glad I found them and called. I had A/C out for 2 days and they were able to get there the next day, first thing in the morning. Added coolant to the system and didn't try to sell a new unit to my wife while I wasn't there. I've added them to my directory and they'll be the first I call next time.

AC stopped working and the company I usually use could not make it out for a couple of days. Sent Jason from Jay’s Heating and Cooling a txt and he responded quickly, showed up that day and diagnosed the issue. He went above and beyond to help me get my AC back and functioning. Was always quick to respond when contacted. Could not have had better communication and answered all my questions. Details on the completed services were very thorough and provided advice on future maintenance. Highly recommend and will handle all my future needs!

He promptly responded my call and It didn’t take him long to diagnose the situation, explained all I needed to know, responded all my questions in a friendly manner and did a great job repairing my AC central unit, they are professional, timely and charge very affordable prices. Taylor's amazing service and communication lead to a pleasant experience.

Taylor was very professional starting with a morning confirmation call advising his time of arrival. Put his booties on and had his face mask on considering other people. He allowed me to watch and explained what he was cleaning and looking for. Took about 40 minutes - a pleasant experience. In the spring he will come by to check the a/c unit.
