We had only been in our home 2 weeks and the first cold front of the season came and our heat would not come on. From scheduling to the service appointment, the whole team is very friendly and quickly came to repair. While service tech was here I just mentioned I thought I could smell gas in cabinet under our cooktop. He offered to check it and found a small leak and quickly repaired. Highly recommend Casey Services!!!

Harry was great. He came over to assist on installing my NEST thermostats, and stayed to make sure the installation was done and correct. When I had issues with the thermostat after he left, he came right back and helped me get the situation fixed and is going to walk me through installation on my own for the replacement. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the area.

Had a delay on a part from the factory,not Caseys fault at all ,but after months of dealing with extreem temps,the coil came in,and they called us asap and installed it yesterday, we couldnt be more happy ,i keep walking by the thermostate seeing it holding at 68 degrees,thank you so much Casey services.

They installed the system at our new house, and it works great! They came back out and provided an airflow balance. The tech was professional, and took the time to explain what he did and why he did it.

They also took an air purifier out of our old house and moved it to our new one. The technician who provided that service was fantastic. He explained everything that he did and took the time to give me a couple tips on maintaining my system properly. I can't say enough about the service.

Casey Services have maintained my AC and furnace for more than 4 years. I can depend on their employees to be polite, responsive, on time, and COMPETENT. I strongly recommend them.

We have used Casey Services HVAC for years. Chris, our serviceman, is always super friendly and helpful. Casey Services helped us back when we had a gas pack and then transitioned to a heat pump. Scheduling routine maintenance is a breeze.

We called Casey Services for some warranty work on our AC unit and they came out the very same day. They were very nice people to work with and followed up later to make sure everything was to our satisfaction.

Casey services installed three (3) units in our home and has been the servicing company for the pass twelve and one half years. We had one small issue with one of their employee on installing the 3rd unit,called
supervisor, issue was addressed and resolved almost immediately. We
have had at lease five of their employees at our home to do work, all very
respectful and knowledgebly, Harry and Eric are the two name I remember best. Harry has done our maintenance for the pass nine (9)
years and has done outstanding work,Eric is outstanding as well and performed in and above the call of duty one cold holiday weekend. This company gets a high mark form the DOGANS in Wake Forest,NC.

I had a problem with mildew around my bathroom vents on the first floor of my house which is less than a year old. I called Casey, since they were the Hvac providers and had Justin and his team come out to asses the issue and fix the problem. How Justin handled the situation was FANTASTIC. He was thorough in analyzing what caused the issue, and went above and beyond in making sure we were taken care- which meant footing the cost of adding a certain piece to the bathroom vent AND getting a duct cleaning company to clean our ducts just so we would have a piece of mind. Incredible customer service...I highly recommend! I trust that should we ever have an issue in the future, Justin and his team at Casey will provide the same quality customer service.

We have a Ground Water Heat Pump (GEO-Thermal) and it is very difficult to find a company that has any idea how to work on them. Fortunately, Casey Services has Harry, who is qualified to repair them. He is prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. Repairs are accomplished ASAP. We are very happy with their service. It also helps that he is nice enough to call when he is on his way so I can get our rescue dogs back inside.
