Casey has been servicing my home unit and I like that they always tell me in detail exactly what they are doing for the money. The service sheet has notes on the unit's current ratings so even I can see if there is a change over time. The service person is always very professional and seems to be very knowledgeable without trying to blow any smoke. I also like that the same person comes every time so he gets to know me and my specific A/C/Heat unit. I like Casey so far :)

Our service call by Casey just happened to overlap with an inspection of our house by a potential buyer. After both the inspector and the Casey tech departed, we received a text message from our realtor (attached) saying that the Casey tech took the freedom to tell the inspector about a cracked coil in our HVAC - potentially costing us the sale of our home. When we contacted Casey, they basically called my wife a liar and said this was a case of "he said, she said" and refused to even acknowledge that it happened despite the text from our realtor. This company is horrible and uses horrible business practices.

Your service man, Harry, arrived on time and asking if there were anything specific we had any questions about. He explained in laymen terms what he was going to do. He took his time and did a fantastic job putting all of his findings on the service call sheet.
Luckily we have never had but one instance that we have had to call for service on our HVAC unit and the call was handled promptly and in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend Casey Services to any and every one.

A couple of weeks ago our AC unit stopped working. I tried to trouble shoot it with no such luck. I called Casey Services HVAC and explained what I thought was going on with the unit to the afterhours representative. She informed me she would get a technician out to us as soon as she could. Within a half hour Austin showed up. He was polite, friendly and made a point to put booties over his shoes before coming into the house. He reset the system, and it started right up. He made a point to stick around for 10-15 minutes to make sure everything was good. I was very impressed with the customer service I received from both the afterhours representative and Austin our technician. I know if I encounter any issues in the future I will be calling Casey Services again.

We had service done in early May & it was done from finish to end very professionally. The technician talked with us & explained the problem in detail which we very much appreciated. We have a new house so having an issue with HVAC right from the beginning was not something we expected, but because it was covered in our first year contract everything was covered & it ended up being a simple problem that could be fixed & something that shouldn’t happen again. The evaporator coil in my 13-year old Goodman A/C started leaking. (No surprise there.) Called Casey Services and they put me in touch with the service rep (William) who had worked on the system before. William had the model and serial number of the unit in his records so he knew what part to order without coming out. William came out the next day and had the coil replaced, system recharged and operational in around two hours. William was very professional and knowledgeable. The final cost was several hundred dollars less than a quote I got from another company. I will trust Casey Services with all my future HVAC work.
