We have used Casey Services for servicing our heat and A/C for 15 years or so. They have always been courteous and quick to address our needs. We have found them to be honest and fair; so much so, they are replacing our downstairs gas pack next week. I would highly recommend Casey Services.

Recently needed to replace our heating system. From the phone call to Casey Services to the completion of the new system, we were extremely pleased. Knowledgeable technician who went above and beyond to explain our options. They provided specific times so we were able to adjust our work schedules accordingly instead of waiting around for half a day or entire day. Casey services has been servicing my HVAC for several years now and has given me excellent service that I trust. Most of the service techs that service my system, I have known for more than 15 years, so I know that they are experienced and can help me maintain my system. Casey installed a heating system for my mom's house and has helped her to lower her energy bills. I will gladly recommend Casey for HVAC service.

We have used Casey Services since they installed our original units in our home 16 years ago. They have reliably repaired and serviced our gas unit and heat pump. We had them out to wire our new Nest thermostats recently and found that our heat pump was leaking refridgerant. Upon giving us a quote for a new unit, Mr Dupree reviewed various options and price points. We just had them install a new heat pump with much greater efficiency. They are professional, reliable and responsive. I would highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors!!

I was impressed with Casey's the first time we dealt with them - they answered a call on Thanksgiving weekend and walked my hubby through a repair over the phone to get our heating system running. We felt we had found a great local service to patronize.

So when the issue happened again a couple weeks later, we had them come out and replace a pump and condensation tank that was failing. The tech arrived as promised and the job was done quickly. My husband, however, was quite surprised at the cost - they charged $280+ for a $43 part; the labor charge was reasonable, but the part? So, all in all, a $350 bill. That's quite a mark-up. On top of that, when my husband called to find out the part number and brand (for our records), he was told the tech would call back but the tech never bothered to return our call. That's almost as upsetting to me as the bill - ignoring a customer is not good service.

A copper line on my fairly new heat pump (American Standard) decided to give up and broke into, which in turn released the freon so quickly that it sucked all the oil out of my compressor and it locked up. My house is less than 3 years old. Casey Services were the install folks. I called them and they came out the same day and helped me with the warranty through Trane/American Standard and got everything fixed within a couple of days. This was obviously a factory defect and had nothing to do with the install. Caleb was the tech that did the diagnosis and the work and now everything is working perfect again. Cu do's to Caleb and Casey Services. I appreciate the quick response and the complete fix as soon as the parts came in. Again, great job. Highly recommend.

I have used Casey Services since I bought my house 14 years ago. Several years ago, at my request, they replaced my old unit with a new heat pump and installed a zone heating and cooling system that allows me to keep my bonus room at a comfortable temperature all year. I use them for routine preventive maintenance service. They are always on time, polite, and professional. I would not use anyone else for my HVAC needs.
