We have a new home and Casey installed our HVAC system. We had a problem with some of the duct work and called Casey to come take a look. Austin arrived and quickly and professionally identified the root cause of the problem.....(not related to any work Casey had done during the construction phase).......He went to get the parts he needed and returned later that afternoon to complete the repair. Excellent Service and Austin was GREAT!

I can not tell you how disappointed I was to learn I was upsold $1k for a replacement panel when they added hvac zoning. They system was still under warranty (brand new home) so when the unit failed another company came out. They could not figure out the panel, even after calling the manufacture. They said it cost over $1k more than a panel that would work just fine. In addition, the vents were not directing a/c where it needed to go and they would not come out to fix it until I INSISTED the guy came out...said he did not have time!!! This was not an inexpensive project.... I think it's because I was taken advantage of because I am a single woman honestly. STAY AWAY unless you have money to burn.

Casey services has provided me with service to my A/C at home as well as a commercial space where I work. The timing was convenient, they quickly find the problem(s), and their techs are very friendly and informative.
For one issue I had there was a part under warranty, and instead of providing the service I asked for, they recommended I contact the previous HVAC company I used to replace the part under warranty. They did this to help save me money and I really appreciate their honesty and willingness to help me out.

I will continue to use their services for any HVAC issues I have in the future.

We have used Casey Services for 8 years now and they have always worked hard to make sure that our heat and A/C is working properly. Recently fixed our furnace that required a major part replacement and they exceeded our expectations. harry and all the technicians do a great job!

We have used CASEY Services for about 8 years. We had many disappointments with other companies. CASEY was recommended to us for there skills and honesty and now we won’t use anyone else. Harry, our service tech is amazing, really knows the HVAC systems and always fun to talk to. If we could give more than 5 stars we would!

I have been using Casey Services since the construction of my home in 2013. I participate in their annual service plan in which they come out twice a year to service the AC and heating unit. They always call and remind me when it is time for the maintenance service. They also show up on time for the scheduled appointment. I am very pleased with the services done and would recommend them to others.

Casey Services has been servicing our HVAC units for several years now. They stand behind their service to make sure that you are satisfied. They are always courteous and professional and on time. We would not use anyone else.

I have used several HVAC companies but Casey Services is clearly the best. Their technicians are extremely thorough and provide a detailed report of the condition of each unit. They do a great job identifying problems before they cause outages. One tech found a unit mis-wired at the factory causing a loss of efficiency and found a cooling fan running backward as well as several other minor problems. I have had only one AC outage in the several years I have been using Casey Services despite having 5 systems.
I highly recommend them.

We used Casey Services for installing a new system in an addition we just put on our house, and for some other changes to the existing system. They were great to work with throughout the whole process. Always showed up when they said they would, and the price was very fair. We highly recommend working with them.

Shortly after moving into our home--about 9 years ago--our neighbor recommended Casey Services for our semi annual HVAC checks. We have been with Casey since that time. We appreciate the thoroughness of the semi-annual checks and the written test results. I only recall one item that needed to be replaced--a thermostat. Most checks are performed by Harry Dupree (but any of the reps have been excellent) who also recommended where to place our CO2 alarms and that we should more firmly secure our water filter to avoid potential problems. We intend to remain with Casey and have recommened Casey to others.
