I purchased a new home about a year ago that Casey Services installed the HVAC system in. I have had to call Casey a two times for some things that needed attention. Both times, they got someone out either the same day or the next day, and the issues were resolved under warranty.

Everything should be good to go from here on out but if the need arises I will definitely call Casey confident that they will take care of anything that comes up.

Having read the great reviews for Casey Services I called them late yesterday when my upstairs unit wasn't cooling. They were willing to come after hours but it wasn't important enough for me to pay for an after hours call so I set up an appointment for the next morning. Technician arrived on time and had the system working promptly. I was very satisfied with the service.

I've been a customer of Casey Services for several years. The Casey team members have always been great to work with. They are courteous, dependable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable ----- they show up on time and do what they say they will do at a competitive price. Definitely recommend.

Casey came highly recommended to me from a friend. They mainly work North Raleigh, NC . I got a same day appointment to fix an icing HVAC in cold temps due to a low system pressure.

They took the time on a service call to look up if my unit was warrantied... it was and it saved me 2400 dollars. Work is very professional and quick. Got the part ordered and the HVAC Mechanic gave me an emergency number to call in case it broke again... for 1 simple service fee. Can't recommend them enough.

I don’t typically write reviews, however I’d like to say that this company is awesome! I have a rental property that is an older home, the air conditioner really can’t keep up and breaks down a lot! I can call Casey Services at 8:00am and every time I get a pleasant greeting with a promise that they will do everything possible to get a Technician over. They are usually able to get a technician over. She sent Eric over to service the unit and this technician is unbelievable. I always get a call to say he’s on the way! He takes the time to service the unit thoroughly, explains to me what the problem is and what my options are. I don’t feel like he rushes through the job! I am very happy with Casey Services and I would recommend them to everyone!!

I have been on contract with Casey Services since 2013. They have been an excellent company to work with. Their service technicians are very well trained and most courteous. They have met all my expectations and then some. I would recommend this company to anyone for their HVAC needs.

Casey Services is an excellent company. They are courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. They installed our units originally and have maintained them for three years. Our most recent service was completed by Austin. I was very impressed with his customer service. I highly recommend this company.

We have used Casey Services for our HVAC needs a few times and have always had great service. They schedule appointments in a timely manner, they always give on "on the way" call, and arrive on time. They are respectful and always explain the issues in a way that's understandable. Most importantly, they get the job done!

I've used Casey Services for many years. They are a fantastic company; very thorough in their work & honest in their dealings. I was just checking out their website & was impressed. I thought it was easy to navigate, had a lot of information & gave you contact information so that you could get more specific info. If I wasn't already using Casey, I think it might have impressed me enough to call them if I needed their servicec & heck them out .
