I moved into my home just recently and the AC Blower motor in the air handler fried...It being a new home it was one of those unexpected type things. Austin was super professional called me back within a half an hour of me calling in even at 10PM at night. Austin came out the next day, was here at 830AM to take a look at it. It being the weekend it was hard to get the part, he assured me he would follow up on Monday morning and without fail at 930AM, Monday morning,the part was in stock and within hours he came to my house and installed. I highly recommend this company I will be sure to use them down the road for AC maintenance/repair, etc. Thank you all for being a lifesaver and producing great Customer Service.

These guys came recommended by my neighbor. He had the HVAC at his main home, his vacation home, and his father's home all installed by Casey Services.

I was very impressed with their install/service tech, Harry Dupree. He took accurate measurements, performed a load test, and then presented three scenarios with different units that would get the job done. He gave honest advice: his recommendations were not the units that were the most expensive, but rather what he thought would offer the most efficiency. Using his experience as a repair technician, we was also able to give advice to preemptively tackle any issues that might arise down the road. We did a total gut job: new condensers, new furnaces, new duct work, and added an additional zone. Expensive, yes, but well worth it: we have already seen an immediate improvement in our comfort, and our energy bill has decreased dramatically. Coincidentally, I received the energy report from our power company today. During the summer months, we were well above the average home in energy usage; now we are right on par with the most efficient homes in the area.

These guys use top-end equipment (American Standard). If you google it, you will see that American Standard and Trane are the same company. All of my units have 10 year warranties as well. My old unit was a Trane and was pushing 27 years in age. It wasn't the most efficient unit, but it was still kicking. I'm hopeful I will get the same mileage from these new guys.

The install was fairly painless, and Harry and his guys did a thorough job and made sure everything was done in a satisfactory manner. Harry even came back to fine-tune our blower to ensure proper efficiency. These guys will go the extra mile to ensure that you are happy with your product and service.

If you want quality all-around, go no further. I can't speak for all of their technicians, but if you're lucky enough to get Harry, you're in good hands.

I couldn't be more pleased with the service from Casey's. From Ashley, George, Kaleb and Yovani everyone was pleasant and knew what they were doing. They arrived on time, checked out my issue and provided excellent service. Just really nice crew. Use them!!!!

Just before the cold snap hit the triangle area (Jan 2018) our heat went out. My wife called Casey Services. William was quick to come out and troubleshoot the problem. The unit was very old and we expected the worse. Instead William said we have the part at the shop and returned and got us up and going just in time. Thank You William and Casey for the speedy repair.

I tried to schedule a maintenance appt 3 times with these guys. The first time, they didn't come out and they said I never scheduled anything (I did). The second time they came 30 minutes after the 3 hour window they gave me (I left after waiting 3 hours and 15 minutes). Finally, I tried one last time to schedule and left a message but they never called me back

Casey Services HVAC has been servicing Robinson Animal Hospital for several years now, every visit they have been excellent with customer service and are always on time. Very happy to be using their company for our HVAC needs.

Great service experience. Called and someone was out the same day. Received estimate and price didn’t change. A part needed to be ordered and Caleb the technician was personally tracking it to make sure he could get it and repair ASAP. Received call backs in a timely manner. Would recommend!

Originally installed HVAC system in our home by Denmark Construction. The compressor died recently, so we called Casey to get pricing, etc. Never got a quote, never spoke to someone who knows what they are servicing, selling. Claimed they had to have a tech come out and see what all had to be changed, if necessary before they would give me a quote. I agreed to a time and day when I could be home to meet with said tech. When I called again to see where the guy was, I was told that she sent the tech to someone else and that I would have to wait a couple more days for another available one. Yes, ok, as I sit here on emergency heat with single digit temp coming our way....Needless to say, I told them to forget it and found an EXCELLENT business that I can't stop raving good reviews for!!!!

I have relied upon Casey Services for over 7 years in 3 homes. There maintenance service, responsiveness and client focus are superb. They are excellent, fair and knowledgeable.
