My technician was Matt McIntosh and he was great. Very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. He listened to the problem, diagnosed it quickly and fixed it even quicker. From the time I called to the time my ac was fixed only about 3 hours had elapsed.

When I finally turned on my heater the other day it didn’t seem to be working. I called Climatech and a technician arrived within a few hours. Turns out it wasn’t an issue with the unit but a wasp nest that had fallen down the flume and was blocking the exhaust. Wayne Baucom, tech, said it was a first for him. The house was warm and comfortable in no time.

We use Climatech every spring and fall and have a maintenance contract. I cannot say better things. They have always been very professional and get in and out of the house as quick as possible with minimal contact. I highly recommend using Climatech for your heating and cooling needs.

Our heat went out on Monday and they installed a new system, despite being short on staff, on Thursday in rainy and cold conditions. Also kudos to Jeremy to keep me informed everyday of with updates.

Yesterday they replaced my 21 year old unit with a new system. Installers were terrific - hard working and efficient and were extremely pleasant and courteous. I am so happy with their work. Climatech personnel have always been great to deal with, and the company has always been willing to reach out to help. I like that I can pay monthly for my maintenance work. I give them an A+++.

This a very professional company. They do excellent work. Shane was the first serviceman to come to my house on a late Friday afternoon. He realized our units couldn’t be fixed and kept apologizing for it. David Weber came to verify everything we would need. Robbie and a crew came to install the units. The work was done in a very timely manner. We couldn’t ask for anything better. Climatech is a great company!
