Company performed seasonal maintenance for HVAC system. Climatech has always responded quickly to phone calls and promptly scheduled an appointment. Very professional and friendly, and fairly priced.

He offered various alternatives as to the scope and cost of the project rather than, like others, try to upsell. In less than a day he gave up a couple of proposals and answered our questions. And thanks to this great service we’re on our way to a new system. We also had a service call from Josh who was equally timely, professional, efficient and personable. So far our experience has been exceptional.

The professionalism throughout the company was overwhelming!!! I was impressed from the representative scheduling my appointment all the way to the technician sent to fix the problem. Moreover, I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner, Jeff, and he made sure that I was being taken care of until the last detail.

Josh was great. He fixed our air conditioner and got it up and running again on this hot day. The company was in communication through out the day to let me know when they were available and also got us in the same day we called for service. I would definitely recommend and use them again for their services.
