Darren is very professional. He wanted to understand the issue behind the problem I reported to make sure it was fixed correctly for the long term. He was able to diagnose the issue and fix it quickly. He also made some recommendations on some other issues he spotted when onsite.

Darren did a great job, as always, installing our new mini split system in my wife's she-shed office. He was punctual, explained everything in detail that even I can understand. He is professional, polite, and very trustworthy. If you need heating & air service, Darren and Alpha One is the folks you have to call!

Our technician, Adam, came out to do a spring maintenance today. He was extremely thorough checking levels, electrical and cleaned out all the leaves and debris as well as thoroughly documenting everything. He spent more than 2 hours and there hasn't been any pushy sells tactics to buy a new unit. Definitely worth the $49 spring maintenance special they have. We are very satisfied customers.

Darren was very helpful and actually came out a second time after I messaged him over the weekend explaining that it seemed like my furnace was still having the same issues. Both times he came out he took time to explain what was going on. The second time he came out and found some serious issues with work that was previously done on our unit and corrected it at no charge. He deserves 6 stars for his service.

We're so happy we went with Darren to fix our AC! We had called a few places and no one could get us in for at least a week. Darren was able to be at our house a few hours after we called him. He quickly diagnosed the problem, gave us a time/price estimate, and even called our HVAC company to make sure we were still under warranty! He came the next day and got everything fixed. Darren did an amazing job and is a pleasure to work with. Very professional, friendly, and thorough, not to mention he went above and beyond for me by helping remove a wasp nest at the door that i couldnt reach - so that shows you exactly the kind of person that he is. Highly, highly recommend!

Update: Darren came to my new house to fix an issue and once again i was blown away by him! He explained everything about the new home and answered all my questions. He both figured out and fixed the issue immediately. He also provided recommendations for future work but was low pressure and completely honest about everything! He will always be my go-to!
