Mr. Ken came for the orientation today and went through all the details of the unit and the warranty. He also inspected our new unit and recommended us to change the filter that was full of dust from the construction. He provided us with a new filter and went with us through the process of the installation. He was very professional, kind and helpful. We strongly recommend Andy Lewis.

Kevin spent over 2 hrs. Up in the attic ( on a very warm day!) and then outside checking out our 2 Carrier units. He explained what he was doing the entire time. I truly appreciate his knowledge, honesty and hard work! I highly recommend Andy Lewis for all your heat and air maintenance. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Had Noah if Andy Lewis come out today for our preventative maintenance and could not be more pleased with him.

We were so pleased by the service provided by Andy Lewis heating and air. We had two other companies come out previously and tell us we needed parts and new equipment. When Andy Lewis got there they fixed the part on the spot for a fraction of the cost. Friendly service techs and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone!

I had Andy Lewis replace my ac and furnace. They were professional, courteous and did a great job on the estimate and installation. They were also very affordable compared to many of the other estimates I recieved. I will recommend them to anyone needing hvac services.

I had a great experience from start to finish. Kevin gave me 3 initial estimates and provided drawings to make sure I understood all of the terms. I had 2 other companies bid as well. Kevin's thoroughness compelled me to go back to him for a revised bid for a full 2 stage, 2 zone residential HVAC system.
The installers were on time and worked efficiently during the time they were here. They covered the floors during installation, answered any questions I had, and removed every spec of materials from the installation inside and out when they left.
The office staff has also been great in submitting documentation for rebate and inspection and keeping me informed at every step.

Good service. Technician Joe Hortie was friendly & explained the service pretty well. Did a thorough check/ maintenance. I would recommend them to friends and family.

We received great service from Joe & Chris! Joe explained everything and let us make the decisions on what to do. There was no pressure only kindness. Only reason they even got a 1 is because of the service technician, Bryan. Otherwise would have given a 0.
Positives: Bryan arrived and got right to work diagnosing the problem. Units are less than 2-years old, installed and semi-annually service by Andy Lewis.
He check the system and found system completely void of refrigerant. Had to add 10lb. Was here 8 hours.

Negatives: when I called in, spoke with (I believe Cassidy) she didn’t really want to hear my story, just let me know someone would be out sometime tomorrow. When I asked to speak to the service manager, she said she would pass along. Have never heard from this person. Terrible customer service.

The unit is less than 2-years old and already a major repair. Feel the unit should have been replaced but as I can’t anyone to call me from the organization , not able to have that discussion. When I was spending $20K on units and installation they couldn’t call me enough, now… not so much.

Very disappointed as I have used this company for years. Seems like maybe they have gotten too big to care about customer satisfaction anymore.

AC coil went out at the worst time. We are new to town and called another large local company (MJ) and got an estimate that felt a bit off. Got a second opinion from Andy Lewis and saved big money. While we were waiting for the part and install they came by on a holiday and brought us a temporary unit to help take the edge off. Super professional and straight up dudes, we have someone we can trust now.
