Air 72 HVAC

I used air 72 a few years ago and they did a wonderful job. I called them back recently for another issue regarding my air conditioning in a different home. They were prompt in response to come out to address my issues. Doug showed up when they said that he would and he resolved my AC issues promptly. He was one of the service techs that was out the last time I had service at my home. He is very Knowledgeable and conducts himself in a very professional manner.
I highly recommend them.

Our AC broke over the weekend on the hottest day of the year. Air 72 was out first thing Monday morning to help with the repair. We have been so pleased with the service they have provided throughout the years and so grateful for their expertise and speedy service. I had an outstanding experience with Air72! They replaced both the furnace and air conditioner for a much cheaper price than competitors. Air72 was able to schedule the service for the same week and completed it within 2 days. Alex, one of the techs, was very knowledgeable and took extra time to answer all my questions. I've been using Air 72 since Jan. 2021. They are a very professional company. Every phone call I've made has been handled professionally by their staff. When talking to anyone there, I feel like I'm a part of the family because they are so kind.
Doug has been my tech from beginning and I hope it stays that way. He is always very professional, very knowledgeable and shows respect towards me and pride in his work. He does what needs to be done in a decent and timely fashion. He's always on time and makes sure to let me know he's on the way. Fantastic service!!!

I have few other technicians service the air conditioner and add Freon however it did not work Alex came today and he cleaned the drain pipe and saved me from big expense plus my house is nice and cool 👌

What can we say about Jon and the team at Air72 that hasn’t been said? If you want to support a team of the MOST professional, technically expert HVAC then we highly recommend Air72. Jon came out on Christmas Eve to repair our heat!!! Over the past 7 years we have used Air72 to maintain our two systems, and we purchased a new heat pump from them in 2018. We are VERY satisfied customers and we are not easy to please! Five enthusiastic stars for this great group of talented technicians!!!
