Just signed up with Air72 to have my twice a year HVAC visits. Alex was professional, provided top notch service and was completed within an hour. I highly recommend this team as providing a cost competitive service in the Charlotte area!

Doug was the epitome of customer service! He was here when he said he'd be here. He explained and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. He also got rid of a wasps nest that was inside the HVAC unit. That was a blessing because we didn't know it was there and my husband is deathly allergic to wasp and bee stings.

Alex is always top-notch in his service and professionalism. Arrives on time asks me if I have any questions and always gives me a status of the service he has performed. Could not ask for a better technician.

I use Air 72 for my maintenance twice a year and so far everything has been working great. Alex, one of their technicians, is very friendly. Recently I had John come out to give me an estimate for solar and I’m hoping to get that done soon. His price was about 40% less than another quote I received. I'm very comfortable with Air72. Dozens of my neighbors use them and are very satisfied. I feel that this company is a lot more honest and trustworthy than others.

Responsive. Helpful. Honest. I really can’t say more and I literally never leave reviews. I had an electrical issue that I thought could be related and Alex figured out it was a Duke Power problem and helped me get the right info to the power company.
