We've always had good experiences with Air 72. Doug is great! They fit us in their schedule quickly b/c our AC was out and Doug showed up early in the time frame they scheduled. We used them a few years ago after another company told us we needed a new unit. Doug came over and replaced one part and we were good to go. Honest and reliable!

Air 72 HVAC have proven them selves to be an excellent company, during the several occasions of HVAC repairs conducted within my home! Doug is the technician that they sent to my house to evaluate and perform a service check of my air conditioning unit, in order to discover the reason why my AC was not running! Doug was very courteous, well-groomed and hygienic as he entered into my home! Doug's attitude and disposition did not change when I requested for him to wear a facial covering! As Doug entered into my home, I noticed that he had over shoes on, which he removed and replaced as he went in and out of my house! Doug has proven himself to be a true professional as he successfully discovered the cause of my AC unit's malfunction and resolved the problem! We have used Air72 for 8 years and they have done a great job.
They took over from our old service company that became unresponsive and unreliable.

In the 8 years they have always been on time, helpful and the prices are very reasonable. Mostly Air72 does our yearly checkup and cleaning but we did get a new full AC system from them about 5 years ago and have had zero issues since then.

Cannot speak highly enough about Air 72 and Doug. We called on a Sunday, they answered the phone and scheduled Doug to come out for a service call the next morning between 11 - 2. Doug showed up promptly, quickly diagnosed the issued and stayed until we were back up and running. He came on a holiday and even though he was giving us his holiday to work on our AC, he was smiling ,extremely professional and courteous during the entire visit. Recommend Air 72 highly and Doug is a rock star !!
