Air 72 HVAC

We have used Air72 twice and couldn’t be happier with the service we received!! They are fast and very professional! Both times Air72 fixed our problems right away and we didn’t have to wait for parts or anything. I know that I can count on them to do the best diagnostic work and we have developed a trust for this company.

Always prompt and courteous service from Doug. He's great at communicating any concerns, but always pleasant and professional. He is always welcome in our home.

Cannot say enough good things about this company. Have used them numerous times for emergency repairs with very quick (read same day) service and repairs. They also do regular maintenance on our system and installed a heating cooling unit in our garage. I am sure there are other good companies out there, but would recommend no one over Air72.

Air 72 has been there to help us when we had weekend out of town company and out AC froze up. They were very helpful telling us that a repair was not necessary, just a little time turned off to let it unfreeze even though we were desperate and would have paid anything to fix it. On a later occasion we asked for our duct efficiency to be checked so we could make it cooler in the rooms we used more often and that was done very quickly and affordably. We learned a lot about how our AC works from then which allowed us to avoid unnecessary repairs and small affordable improvements instead.
