Outstanding service. Extremely smooth process from consult to install to clean up. These guys approach HVAC system installation from a true engineering perspective. Didn't sell me anything I didn't need. Will use again for second system and ductwork replacement/installation.

This is the second time Trey has been to my house. The first was for the upstairs A/C, today was for the first floor heat. He’s great. He explained what happened to my heat regarding a frozen drain line (when it got to 15 degrees). He ran both units through a series of tests, very thorough. I would highly recommend.

They came out, checked everything and told me what was wrong, I haven’t replaced the part yet to know if they were correct but it seems like it makes sense that it is broken. 100 dollars for the diagnostic took him about an hour to figure it out

Kevin came by today for the prepaid semi annual maintenance. He was prompt, thorough, and told me exactly what he did. He also shared numerous measurements with me indicating everything was operating with specification.

drain pipe on heating unit froze thus no heat! that was fixed and lasted about 12 hours & $250.00 and refroze. what a waste of money. that is just part one of this disaster. the technician had found the end of the drain pipe in the laundry room. he had removed the clothes washer discharge hose and left it hanging. he forgot to put the hose back in the drain pipe. so when my wife went to do a load of laundry, it drained all over the laundry room floor & hallway...this was reported to Mike a service manager. he was to call me back. today is 12/31/22 still no call, not that i was expecting one.the quality & integrity of andy lewis is in the crapper. next call is to andys legal department, i will file a law suit. Good way to start a new year... by the way this is new construction.
