My heat went out on a Saturday and when I called to request service they heard that I had a baby in the background and expedited so that we wouldn’t be freezing cold so I appreciate them very much… highly recommended

Contacted Andy Lewis HVAC for annual maintenance of HVAC on newly purchased home. Kevin was our tech and was respectful of our home (booties) and very informative of our A/C system and what we needed to do (filter changes quarterly) as owners.
A* experience with the Andyman process. I anticipate to continue the annual maintenance plan.

I called at 9:30am and was told that someone would call. It was 25 degrees outside and we had no heat. I realize they are busy. When I called back at 2:30 I again was told someone would definitely call me and come out same day. When I called back at 7:55 pm asking again if any one would call, the girl said yes. I asked when she said they were busy and it was first come first serve. I said that if they were so busy, why did they say someone would call. Worst customer service ever.. I'll be calling someone else to give my money to .

The customer service representatives they have are full of attitude and rudeness. I have had their service for past 3 year and won’t be renewing it again. As first of all their calendar will not be available for existing customer for about 1 - 2 month and then in case you have something come up urgently they won’t be flexible and you got to wait for another 1-2 months. This has been the same situation from past 2 years and upon asking them to better staff their team so that they can have availability which is practical and sensible in this winter or the hot summer is like banging your head against the wall and you get the response of the customer service reps who are full of attitude as if they are not needing your business at all. Worst customer service people who pick up the call. The device reps who do the service are usually knowledgeable and good but if customer service itself is wrong then else will be of help as that’s the first point of contact.
