It would’ve been nice not to be doubted or questioned about it “really being a gas leak” when we clearly smelled gas coming from the furnace. As it turned out, we had a massive leak coming from the coupling not being tight on the gas lines. I would also like the video of the leak that I have yet to receive.

I was having issues with my heating system. Technician Donald had come out to check everything. He was very friendly soon as he stepped in my home. He had taken his time to go over everything. Gave me details information as to what was going on and what soon be done.
I also had the entire hvac system installed. The crew was on time installed with no issues also gave me a walk through on the new system operations. Everyone was so professional.

Unfortunately, we were forced to use Andy Lewis because they were part of the contract. The first time we had an issue. They came out and we explained the system could not have been installed correctly. The top unit can be off but the air/ heat would flow into the room. The bed/bathroom the air never worked in those areas, even the rooms that are closed. They ignored our concerns, but said that we should get the maintenance plan. We paid, but it was hard scheduling visits. I phoned yesterday 7/9/22 for assistance, of course the warranty has expired, but the guy told me because, I wasn’t a customer they would not be able to help me until about a month. ( he said because they have not serviced our residence since 2020. We are not their customer anymore. I told him, I wasn’t allowing any one in my home during Covid times. He brushed it off and said oh well, we never stopped our appointments. Needless to say, I will never bother your company again about servicing our home, but hopefully you realize before it’s too late. Once a customer always a customer. Customer service 101.
