Climatech Heating & Cooling

So impressed with Climatech. Everyone we communicated with and who worked on installing our 2 HVACs was fantastic. They were on time and very professional. They completed the jobs quickly and came back to ensure the job was complete. Their customer service makes them stand apart from other companies. Will utilize their services in future!

Clayton came to my house and found the issue with my heat pump and corrected the issue quickly. He fairly charged me and I tipped him $20 for his hard work and knowledge.
Remember to tip anyone that comes to your home to do work.

From my initial call to Climatech Hvac this was an absolute delightful experience. Robert answered the phone was courteous. Explained things in detail to me, and was able to give me an appointment for the next working day.

I received a text in the morning saying the service technician Shane was on his way. when Shane arrived, he was courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. He explained to me everything he was doing and why he was doing it Climatech could not ask for two better employees, Robert and Shane who are both professional and knowledgeable.

Jeremy done an excellent job filling me in on what he was there for and what he would be doing, he answered any and all of my questions. When he had finished, he explained what he had found and shared his recommendations with me. By the way my condensation pump under the floor unit was bad, it had tripped one of my GFCI outlet on the front porch.I thanked him personally for his service. Good guy, and very respectful ,knowledgeable, good caring attitude. Hard to find that these days.

Dakota arrived for a standard maintenance check on my HVAC units. He was very professional and friendly, as have all Climatech reps since I first worked with you in 2018. Great service and don’t see myself switching anytime soon.

Josh was amazing. Super helpful, patient, and honest. We intentionally scheduled our follow up service so he’d be our tech again. Scheduling was really easy too.

Heating stopped working due to 9’ temperatures. Breakers tripped 3 times and unit stopped working called Climatech. Came the same day. Amazing tech guy knew his stuff. Got me up and running in an hour. Told me what to do if it happened again. I appreciate the good service. 5 Stars. I failed to mention my technicians name Jeremy. Barker very knowledgeable..

I received a text stating that Dakota was on his way and he arrived on time. He wore shoe covers when he entered, did his inspection and service and noted two possible improvements for us to consider in the future. He took payment through his phone and Climatech sent me a complete invoice within minutes.

Our experience with Climatech has greatly changed since our first mishap! They have been amazing and responsive. We will continue to use them to service our system. Dakota was very thorough and knowledgeable! Thanks!!

Josh Elmore, came to my house on a Saturday. I was without heat, he troubleshot the problem and got it going. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He provided me with excellent consumer service. He listen to my concerns and was not pushy in the process. He offered his advise and offered support. Excellent job Josh keep up the good work!
