Shane is a competent technician and pleasant to work with. All members of Climatech’s service team are unfailingly so. They always arrive on time, finish the task as quickly and efficiently as possible, and text the bill before leaving. It is a great company to work with.

This service call was part of the semi-annual maintenance for Cooling & Heating — despite being busy they had me scheduled the very next day after my initial call as a new customer. The office staff was very friendly, polite, and answered all my questions without trying to sell me more services. The technician that arrived was professional, kept me informed at each step, and made some recommendations that we discussed. My wife and I are very pleased with the service and look forward to working with this company for our future HVAC needs.

Dakota was great! Right on time and explained everything and answered all of my questions. He was very thorough and fixed several gas leaks and wanted to make sure everything was running smoothly.
