Shane is always very professional pays great attention detail on our annual heating and air checkups.
I always feel he is doing a great job. Very busy running all over the house in attic outside multiple thermostat checks and then back and for some more.

Shane was amazing. He showed up right on time and figured out our problem within a matter of minutes. Very professional and friendly. Its hard to come by people that seem to actually care but I truly feel like Climatech cared about our issues. They will always be our first call if we have any issues with our AC!

My A/C stopped working in the middle of the night. I gave these guys a call around 10 and Mrs. Lynn had someone at my home by 12:30. She was so nice to have someone come out ASAP due to the extreme heat. Matt was friendly and very informative. He made sure everything was taken care of before he left. Robbie from Climatech was very courteous and knowledgeable. He check out our system and talked me through what was happening. He got us up and running temporarily while the part is on order. A+ work!

Update: Throughout the years, I have only used Climatech. From cleanings to service calls, all their techs have been very professional, kind and knowledgeable. When something breaks, they help to explain the cause, how to fix it, and any steps that can be done to keep the likelihood of failure low. I definitely recommend them.

The Technician who came out to install a new air conditioning motor was Shane. He called early to let me know when he was going to arrive and was early for the appointment. He conducted himself in a very professional and courteous manner. He performed his tasks in an efficient and timely manner, and answered all my questions related to his work. After he was done, at my request he helped me understand how the thermostat worked. As I am the new home owner, I did not know even the basic workings of the unit. Shane was very pleasant to work with and is a credit to your company.
