Climatech Heating & Cooling

I had an issue with the thermostat over the weekend and called the emergency line. Clayton returned my call and walked me through the setup for the new thermostat. He was delightful, knowledgeable, helpful and more than polite and got my system going without any hitches. He even called back a few hours later to check and make sure everything was running well. Can't say enough about this company, they always seem to go above and beyond. I highly recommend them.

My brother and I live in Mooresville and our 13 yr old builder grade Lennox unit needed to be replaced.
We contacted multiple companies for estimates and settled on Climatech. I feel very confident that our new Trane A/C and furnace will be trouble free for many years. All of the Climatech personnel we dealt with were awesome! They went above and beyond and it was really appreciated.

Chris Turner was most helpful and professional. He checked many areas to be sure to problems was taken care of even though he had to work in the pouring rain.

Called climatech they were able to have a technician out the next day. He was very honest and informative. It was determined that my system was beyond serviceable life. Decided it was time for a new system replacement. He checked out all of my old equipment to be able to recommend what system would be best. He was able to recommend 3 different systems that would work good for my application. Thanks to the repair person Very informative.

Same day service when I called. Very nice receptionists and I needed to ask a follow up question and the tech (Josh) called me directly and confirmed that I was good. When Josh arrived (he was early and called to make sure that was ok) he was able to quickly and accurately diagnose the problem and had my AC unit running in no time! He was very knowledgeable. This is the second time Climatech have been out and I am constantly impressed. Great people and great service. I highly recommend them!

Shane arrived promptly to service an old AC unit that had stopped working. He went though all the diagnostic steps and solved the issues. He laid out his concerns with the system but did not insist on replacing it. When it needs replacing this is who I will be calling.
