We are first time home owners who got sucked into the home warranty shenanigans. When issues came up with our split unit, we were getting told a thousand different things which finally made us look outside of our warranty coverage. The owner, I believe, was the one to come out and help us. When I say that it was the most pleasant experience that we could have asked for, I mean that. We will always call these guys first. I could not recommend them enough!

We were out of town and had friends stay in our home this past weekend. The heat wasn't working. Called Custom Comfort on Saturday morning and they had someone there in 30 minutes to repair the unit. Excellent service! I highly recommend this business.

I am a customer for life! They came to my rescue after another company had left a wire disconnected!! He had my air fixed in 20 minutes. I will never use anyone else to clean or service my unit. You need to support this small business! They are honest and VERY reasonable.

Their crews were on time and worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. Installation was exceptional and I actually sent an email to the owner to let him know he should be proud of the people he has hired and the culture they have instilled at their company. I had them replace both units and the techs were so respectful, clean, and worked hard in some dreadful heat. I really felt taken care of and they were honest and fairly priced. Quality Work, Reasonable prices, lots of Integrity. I was looking for a second opinion after one of the bigger outfits with lots of reviews gave me a big quote for service on a 4 year old unit and a recommendation to buy a new unit... Jason took less time to find the leak than the other guy did to tell me how great they were and scheduled the work right away for less than half the other repair quote. Eric finished the repair in less time than expected! Great team. Integrity and quality matter -- saved me thousands -- they have my business for life. Highly recommended!
