Great experience all around! I especially appreciated their candor when discussing everything they found during regular maintenance because they simultaneously assured me that everything was in working order while also describing all the issues of having a system that's near the end of it's useful life... And they did all that without trying to upsell anything or any other pressure sales tactics, which is why they'll be the first ones I contact when I need to replace the whole system eventually.

The service was great. Maintained contact with me through the process. I live out of state so staying in contact with texts, phone calls and emails. I'm impressed. I'm in HVAC myself and explaining what the issue was and the execution of finding the issue and fixing it within a timely manner. Both technicians from the diagnostic technician and the technician fixing it. Very professional over the phone. Great place to call to take care of HVAC issues. Keep up the good work.

Mark does a great job explaining everything and making sure our systems are clean and running strong. I can’t imagine there is better HVAC service out there.

Came out to repair damage done to soffit from previous crew. Guy showed up with no business attire no logo no business card. Shorts and a y-shirt. Took a couple of pics and left. Never heard back. Would not recommend this shady company.

Scott has come to our home twice now to first repair the motor in the furnace on christmas eve and this time to repair the motor in our outside ac unit. He was a pleasure to work with both times! He was the only person who would call us back on christmas eve, and was there same day to diagnose the problem. We will continue to use Scott and Rotunda for any needs that may arise in the future!

Excellent company! Staff is very personable and very detailed in explaining work required! Reasonable rates and quick to respond! Timely work, and very respectful and clean crew. (Had AC/Heat Pump Unit replaced along with new thermostat installation). In the past we have also used Prestige for (main trunks replaced and new duct work, as well as UV air scrubbers installed). Highly recommend this company!

My upstairs AC stopped working over the weekend. I left message with Jennifer K. from Rotunda HVAC on Sunday afternoon after business hours. I was called by 8am Monday morning and Jennifer arranged for Technician to come out mid morning after another call was completed in the area. Junior arrived and immediately diagnosed faulty capacitor. He replaced within 30 minutes and my AC was works again. I’m very happy with Rotunda and will recommend them and will sign up for maintenance plan
