Our HVAC had been on its last leg for a while. I noticed the thermostat was dead on Thursday night and called Rotunda on Friday morning. They were able to come out on Friday mid-day and determined it was time for a whole new system. I recieved the quote from them in an hour, about 4K cheaper than a previous companies quote last year. They picked up a brand new unit Friday night and installed it before 1 PM on Saturday.

This was all during a holiday weekend! Thank you so much for the service and timeliness.

When our ac went out we called another heating and cooling company and were scheduled for Monday afternoon. Late that afternoon, after there was no hope of getting a different company out that day, they called to cancel, stating they were overbooked and we would have to be bumped to the next day. THAT we did not appreciate, especially after being without ac for two days! We cancelled and scheduled with Prestige instead.

Right off the bat we got an email message giving us an updated time window to expect them, and this morning Joey arrived exactly on time. He was friendly, professional, courteous, and patiently answered all my questions. He completed the ac repair promptly; he represented the company well!

I’m glad things worked out as they did. We had a great experience with Prestige and will definitely use them again!

I don't write reviews very often but this was a must... because the technician names Junior Batista really was unbelievably GREAT! Junior was professional, on time, very polite... and best of all, price was extremely reasonable, better than any other competitors I called, and fixed my HVAC system same day!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I was stood up by this company after having to wait a week to be serviced for my A/C. Completely unresponsive I contacted someone named Portia multiple times until finally reaching her the day before my appt, to confirm they’d even be here. She confirmed and I prepared to see them the next day. The next day came, no one showed up and no one called. I contacted another person and they said I was not on the system. Leaving me to have to make an emergency call to another company who set up a time right away. I only planned to use them because they were assigned to me through my home warranty company. Who I plan to notify as well. This is totally unacceptable and completely unprofessional.

EDIT: Promptly back up to 5 stars! Someone from the business contacted me to let me know that the techs who completed the service were coming back to fix the small damages that were left! They ensured me they are always trying to improve and appreciate the honest feedback!! The gentlemen quickly fixed the damages and went on their way!

They have the best prices for cleaning dryer vents in the area, and from what I can tell they did a great job. However, when I went to go to laundry today I noticed when they moved my washer to do the work they ripped the plastic border that surrounds the drywall where the pipes for the washer is. Guess they didn’t think it was important to let me know. Hoping the business owner sees this so they can inform their workers that I found it!

I called at least 15 heating and air companies in Charlotte for quotes on an installation job. Most companies charged a visit fee and would not disclose the cost for the labor without the initial charge. Prestige was upfront and honest with pricing over the phone and had the best price by far (half of what other companies were quoting me).

Joey arrived early and was very friendly and professional. He explained the entire process and made sure I understood the operation. He worked quickly and had my a/c cooling right away. I am so grateful for Joey and Prestige and will absolutely use this company should any other heating and cooling issues arise!

We had an emergency and called Rotunda in Cornelius to examine our air condition as water was coming from the ceiling They came immediately, fixed the leak and even came back the next day to make sure everything was working properly. The price was very reasonable and working with Junior Batista was such a pleasure.

They were extremely responsive and the technician, Tier, was very nice and professional. Gotta love it when they're on time, diagnose the problem and fix it the following day after receiving the parts. The house is cool again! Yay! Very pleased with the service that Prestige provided and will call them again if necessary.
