Our AC went out this afternoon on this hot hot day. We have an infant and my husband was freaking out! We called at 5pm and the technician was here in 25 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem, had the part handy and fixed it promptly. Very reasonably priced also! This is a nice family owned business, trustworthy. We will use them again!

Joe responded right away with a repair quote that was less than half that of another company. They completed the work the next day when the other company was going to take 5, 90 plus degree days! The tech, Hunter was on time, did a great job and followed up thre next day. You can't go wrong with this company!

I am uncertain whether the cleaning process was effective or not. The technician's tools and process used were different from what had been used by other companies in the past few years. He used some wires, whereas, other companies actually used hoses and vacuum to do a thorough cleaning.

Prestige Heating was able to respond to my service call the same day. The owner Joe was very customer service oriented and skilled in his field. He provided a second opinion on my mini split Mitsubishi unit. Not all HVAC techs are experienced in fixing these units. Morris Jenkins came out initially and it took the tech almost 3 hours, with the help of the Manufacturer, to diagnose the problem. This was a red flag in the fact that the tech was not experienced in repairing this type unit. Their estimate was about 1 1/2 more than Prestige to fix the problem. Thanks Joe for your fairness, honesty and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Prestige to anyone needing an HVAC repair.
