A big thanks to EcoGreen for a job well done. My dad's home has never had central air/heat and you guys made sure he had exactly what he needed to make his home comfortable for the future. Thank you Danny for working with him and communicating so well. At 92 years of age that was very important. Mark was great with explaining the pricing and options for installing an EV charger in my garage. He also made me aware of additional company offerings available. The install was not perfect as there was a faulty breaker discovered while doing a test charge, but Mark made it right and fixed it immediately. Very professional.

After moving to a home in Hickory last fall, replacing its 16-year old electric water heater was a priority. Unfamiliar with the area, and needing a reliable plumber, I asked Duke Energy for referrals. Duke recommended just one company in the area, EcoGreen in Cornelius. Nick from EcoGreen asked good questions to determine 40 gallons is the right size for us (up to 4 people), and discussed the three brands he recommends based on performance and reliability. He answered my questions clearly and completely. Nick’s professionalism, depth of knowledge, and passion for his craft convinced me that EcoGreen was the right choice for me. The other plumber’s quote was lower, and yes, I want a good price, but with no details behind the quote, I had little confidence. On the other hand, Nick was clear about what I would get for my money. The installation itself went smoothly and the quality of the work was impeccable. I highly recommend EcoGreen for your plumbing needs. I’m using EcoGreen again very soon, HVAC services, to install a new bathroom vent fan.

I needed my thermostat moved in my wall in order to fit some new artwork - it was a tricky ask, but Jake Brown did an excellent job! I am thrilled with how it turned out!

Had to have a new HVAC unit put in and they came out on Wednesday to look at the job. James explained everything in detail and in terms I could understand about what I actually needed vs what I thought I needed no up-sale with these guys.
They were out the next day, system was installed and running beautifully by the end of the day. Very professional and courteous. Bonus it was a rainy, muddy day and the guys didn't even mess up my floors!
They were so great I'm using them on an upcoming plumbing job if they will agree to do it!
